Keeping up with trends and business information is vital for business. When you run your own small business, though, it’s hard to find the time to do the reading and research that you should. Information is such a big part of my life that I tend to have to monitor the amount of “R&R” that I allow myself to do.

Yes, I am geek enough to consider reading and research “r and r”. Insert the image of my biggest personal critic here, shaking his head in mock (maybe) disgust. I tend to think the Coz’s words on a regular basis: “I brought you into this world and I can take you out….”
